The ECPRA is a group of racers joined together to help promote competitive air cooled VW racing across the eastern half of the US. The ECPRA was founded by the racers, for racers. The rules closely mirror those of the PRA, with a few regional tweaks, but the East vs West rivalry is still alive and well. The Pro-mod class is where some of the wildest VWs in the Eastern US come out to play. With turbocharged powerplants now exceeding 1000hp, and new records being set at almost every event, the series is gaining momentum and popularity.
